Progress Report

After three years of meetings developing the organizational Bylaws and taking legal steps to incorporate the alumni association as a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, the Interim Lincoln/Bravo H.S. Alumni Association Board of Directors is ready for the next step!

Four retired Bravo staff members and nine Bravo Alumni have agreed to serve in an interim capacity: Ms. Su Dang, Dr. Rosa Maria Hernandez, Mr. Bob Spears, and Ms. Rowena Vrabel in collaboration with Glendy Ramirez De La Cruz (’95), Marisol De La Cruz (’99), Michael Fong (’94), Marty Gabourel (’85), Ani Armenouhi Dongelyan (’99), Cynthia Mejia (’11), Pati Morales (’89), Irving Pacheco (’95), and David Ryu (’93) will serve as the Interim Board of Directors until the Alumni Association  can hold formal elections.

An inaugural Banquet event was held on September 11, 2015.  A primary goal of this dinner reunion was to launch the association.  Those in attendance spent an evening with old friends, and lots of memories and fun while making a commitment to support the creation of the Alumni Association. The Interim Board of Directors has set a goal to launch the association officially this fall, 2016.   Mark your calendars!  Join the Bravo Alumni Association!  Follow us on the web; stay on top of your emails; and follow your classmates on our new Lincoln/Bravo Facebook and LinkedIn!
